things stored in plastic containers that has acid in them like fruit oranges, lemons, limes and I believe tea has some the tea will have a funny taste after a day or 2 plus it will stain the plastic container!. this won't happen with glass!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
You can store them in plastic container too, but it will stain the container and quite difficult to clean, unless you scrub or clean with bleach!. but if you store in glass container, and if it stain , it easier to clean, just clean with ordinary dish wash liquid!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I buy iced tea from Milo's and it comes in a plastic jug (just like milk)!. So I don't know why it needs to be in a glass container!. I have never heard this before!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
