Answers:
There are no risks if you use them as intended and in moderation!. That is where the problem lies!. The average consumer uses them as regular drinks and over use them!.

Because of the total overall stimulants in them the makers recommend against having more than 2 a day!. That means 2 servings not just 2 cans!. The big drinks like the Monsters and Rockstars are 2 servings per can!.

Having too many causes sleeping problems, severe dehydration, over stimulation which can cause jitteryness and nervousness!. Long term use of too many cause prolbems wiht the kidneys, heart, skin, and other organs too!. Plus with 110 calories per serving just one can will have about 10% of the calories that th average person needs in a day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They are bad for you, they have to much caffeine, sugar, sodium and another word a cannot spell!. If you drink to much then it can cause you to get dizzy, pass out, or throw up!. Either way after having 1 can of Rock-star your stomach does get upset in some ways!. They are considered energy drink but if you want a energy drink i suggest regular Gatorade or Vitamin Water!. To me both taste delicious and they are much healthier then Rock's and Monsters!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I drink them both, but I drink Rockstar more often, there are risks if you drink more than 3 or so cans a day, but the other risks are all long term!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

your heart works harder until it just stops completely , happend to this guy i new thats if you drink them constantlyWww@FoodAQ@Com
