Does tea actually have zero calories?!

Question: Does tea actually have zero calories!?
I know this might sound kind of annoying but I understand that most zero calorie beverages and sweeteners are not really zero calorie because they can list it as 0 if it has less than five or whatever!. Same with zero grams of fat and such!. What I was wondering is if tea, actual, real tea packets, to make a cup of warm tea are literally zero calorie!? I'll still drink tea if it has 4!.99 calories, I am just truly curious!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Just plain tea, and coffee too, with nothing in it will have some calories but it will be very low!. Like you said they are like diet drinks and can state 0 calories cause they have less then 5 calories per serving!. I do not actually know how many!. All I know is that water is the only food or drink that has no calories!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it's not annoying!. If it has less than 0!.5 calories, let's say 0!.423, then they can list it at 0!. I think tea might have between 0 and 0!.5 but to me, it doesn't matter that much!. I'd drink it if it had 2 calories!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you add sugar or sweetener it will have calories!. Other than that, no!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Only if you do not put sugar in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
