Question: Why is coffee so bad after it gets cold!?
i don't get it, why is it so undrinkable once it gets cold!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1) It oxidizes
2) It is quite alkaline (basic!.!.!.high pH)!.
and
3)Most alkaloids (nicotine, codeine, coffee) are bitter!. The taste buds can better detect the nuances of that bitterness at room temp!.
