Other than getting yellow teeth and possible withdrawl-like effects, coffee is actually very beneficial for your health in the long run!. It basically amps up your central nervous system and reduces you chances of getting Parkinsons or Alzheimers greatly!. I drink it every day, there really is more good than bad effects!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Im not sure if it's bad for you, but it would be un palatable to most of us out here!.

But during the course of an evening, i will have at least four coffees from starby's or cafe nero, so i suppose it equates to about the same, not sure about sugar in coffee though!

My partners family are italian and he and they drink espressos for breakfast, dinner and tea and plenty inbetween and theres nothing wrong with them! and they have that much sugar in it you could stand your t spoon up!!! Www@FoodAQ@Com

That is a lot of coffee! maybe you should try a really good make then you will not have to use so much!. I also like strong coffee and 3 sugars several times a day, but try a good make!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you're only having one a day, it won't kill you!. But if you ever try to stop, you'll get a ferocious headache as a withdrawal symptom!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

no, its said coffee good for you!.!.!.i use a automatic drip Coffee maker and put 2, table spoons per cup!.!.!.also love starbuck regular coffeeWww@FoodAQ@Com

Coffee is good for you!. It has many antioxidants!. I wouldn't suggest drinking 5 cups of it a day because it can act as a diuretic
