Well Coke and other aerated drinks are no doubt are very bad for health!. These drinks contain colours, sugar and gas only which is bad for our health in all aspect!. Calorie conscious people should away from it as these drinks are empty calories drinks!. Well some of the good solutions are water, lemon water, fresh juices ( not the one which comes in box), roohafza etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Though the people in this fast generation are edicted to it, it is NOT GOOD FOR HEALTH have lime juice or any fresh fruit juices which counts more to the health thatn these ariated drinks!.
Or at the lower side of the life drink 03-05 Litres of water which removes all the impurities in the body !.
