Answers:
Depends on what your caffeine tollerance is!.

A can of coke (or tea) has 30mg of caffeine
A redbull has 80mg of cafffeine
A cup of coffee has 120mg of caffeine

Coffee (despite it's horrible taste, to me anyway) is the cheapest and has the most!.

Monster has around 200mg of caffeine, but it's also a large (500ml) can!.

There are also those "5 hr" energy drink shot things available at 7-11 as well!. Two of those would work!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Soda is not good for keeping you up, the caffeine will make your heart rate go up but the high fructose corn syrup will cause your blood sugar to spike which will trigger insulin into your system and that will make you CRASH!. So after the buzz which might last you an hour or two, you will feel very, very tired!.

You're better off with unsweetened coffee or tea!. Just keep plenty of light in the room and get up and move around to keep your blood circulating!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
