what if i found a sprite can with little amount of soda with Seal(did not open)!? do i can complain about it or else i can complain to FDIC !?!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Complain to the Coca-Cola company who owns the Sprite brand about your defective can!. They'll want to know the number lot code # printed on the can , so they can determine what plant it came from and trace it back to the actual manufacturing line!. There are manufacturing glitches from time to time on automated lines!.

Why the heck would you contact the FDIC!? Do you even know what they do!? FDIC stands for Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation!. They're an independent agency created by Congress to maintain the stability and confidence in the nation's financial system!. They insure deposits and examine/supervise financial institutions!. They would *NOT* be interested in hearing about your half-filled Sprite can - especially given the current state of the economy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i honestly wouldn't complain about a can of soda that probably cost me less than a dollar!. I would though mention something to the manufacturer of Sprite about the incident if it was several cans in a pack!. One can !.!.!. I can take the soda out of a can without opening the top and have no one notice that it hasn't been messed with!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I know this guy that had a empty unopened can of soda that came in a 12 pack!. He called the comment phone number and complained and they gave him 20 free cases of soda!. No joke, most food and beverage companies will give free food if there is something wrong with the product and they don't even ask you to send the faulty ones back!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

complain to the company, it was probably tampered with =\Www@FoodAQ@Com
