Apple Cider Question?!
What is the ratio between the volume of apples and the volume of cider!. I have 40 gallons of apples ready to squeeze, they are from 4 different trees some very juicy some not very juicy!. I realize there are many factors however I'm just looking for an average range!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You wont get a great deal, I think it is about 5 to 1!. But you add some water anyway!. I always put in the juice of a lemon to each gallon it adds that little bit extra!.

I'm afraid I only make the alcoholic!. Mostly I'm lazy and buy Strongbow Original, its NO1, I haven't met anyone who dislikes it yet!.
