Help with milk........?!
k, i'm 13 and i'm short!. i want to grow, and it says that 15% of your height is added as a teenager, and milk helps!. BUT I HATE MILK!. i like gag when i drink it lol!. i get a little bit of milk when i eat oatmeal for breakfast, but THAT'S NOT ENOUGH!. so is there any way to drink milk or something, WITHOUT ACTUALLY DRINKING IT!? You can take supplements like calcium or vitamin D!. It isn't going to really make you grow more though, because your height is predetermined actually!. It will make your bones healthier and stronger & if you are a female it will help fight against osteoporosis!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you really don't like it try to mix it with your favorite fruits (banana, strawberries, etc!.), and eat the milk products like ice cream, yogurt, cheese, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Eat some milk products like cheese, yogurt, pot cheese and find in net which food contain calcium!.
