Answers:
Vitamin Water is safe, and your health teacher is silly!.

Vitamins A, D, E, and K are the only fat soluble vitamins, meaning that they are the ones you get the most benefit from when you take a vitamin tablet!. Others are water-soluble, so they are flushed out of your system quickly!.!.!.

The only danger I can think of with a fat-soluble vitamin is that you don't want to 'overdose' on it!.!.!. but I think that would be very unlikely drinking vitamin water and living a normal adolescent life!. Bottoms up!Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you avoided everything that was bad for you your life would be rediculous!. So far, no ones died from vitamin water so keep drinkin it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Its fine you can drink it By too much Vitamins, i think your teacher means like 5 or 6 times the daily allowanceWww@FoodAQ@Com

They do not contain enough vitamin concentration to be harmfulWww@FoodAQ@Com

mybe i hv drink but i never know the name!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
