I've got to agree with regular guy, a nap is the best way to stay up if you need to, i work permanent night shift and powernaps before work get me through the nights when i've not had enough sleep beforehand!. forget drinks, sleep is always the best tool!. try taking a power nap prior to needing to stay up longer / before going out for the night (nap no more than 10 - 20 minutes)!. you should be able to stay up longer and you'll actually retain concentration, etc!. hope this helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

take a nap before the night and then when u feel tired do push ups and sit ups!. that should get your blood flowing and in return wake u up!. besides its good for u too! so not only will u be able to stay up late , which is unhealthy , you will counter act that unhealthy act with a healthy one!. and i would also recommend a few cups of coffe!. that always does it for me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
