Does anyone have any good smoothie recipes? ?!
I want a smoothie that I can make in under 10 minutes and isn't to complicated!. I would also like it to be relatively healthy!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

1/2-1 cup of peanut butter (Depending on how thick you want it)
1 banana
1 cup of milk
honey if wanted
The you blend everything (In a blender)

Well my favorite smoothie to make when I am in the mood to have one is a strawberry and banana smoothie, all you need to put in is a few strawberries and 1 banana along with some yogurt, and its optional but I put a small bit of tofu in with it to add a little more flavorWww@FoodAQ@Com
