Question: 7 hour energy drinks!. tobacco product!?
i went to cvs today and i went up to the register with a 2 pack of Redline Power Rush 7 hour energy drink shots and when i got up there the guy asked me for id and told me i couldnt buy them because i wasnt 18 and they were considered a "tobacco product"!.!.!. is this true or was he mistaken!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

where i live you have to be 14 to buy those things!. if its a tabacco product why isn't it locked up!? he was on crack apparently!.
