I am so against Vitamin Water!. There was even an article on Yahoo that rated the Worst "Healthy" Drinks!. And Vitamin water was #2 right behind some Baskin Robins drink with 84g of fat and a days worth of calories!.

There are people that drink it religously every day for lunch, snack, etc!. because they think they are doing their body justice because it has the words "vitamin water" on it!. So they think they are healthy if they drink it!.
Experts compared it to drinking a can of pepsi or coca cola every single day!. It has the same amount of sugar!. And they even said that the pepsi or coke would be better for you!.
