Bottled water mystery.....................!

So I drank one of my water bottles like I always do before bedtime & put the rest in the fridge, I get up to go to the bathroom around 5am & have a drink out of the water bottle & I feel something in my mouth so I spit it back in the bottle & I see this white thing floating around!. So I dump it out in the sink into a bowl after I had squished it a bit!. I put it on the counter to let it dry & I get up this morning, to see it is some kind of capsule filled with powder!. I,m thinking oh my god what if I,d swallowed it, would I be here writing this this morning!. So what do you all think I should do!. The bottled water is from Toronto Ontario Canada, No address or phone #!. Thanks I wait for your answers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
