Contrary to many answers given so far coffee can help in the prevention and treatment of diseases and illnesses as varied as Alzheimer's disease, diabetes, liver disease, skin cancer, Parkinsons's disease and more!.

Everything gives you cancer!. If its not the caffeine then its the aluminum can that the coke comes in!. If its not the can its the plastic bottle!. If its not the plastic bottle its the sugar!. The Jury is out!. Caffeine in a petri-dish with cells causes genetic alterations, but no one knows if this happens within the body, to what extent, and to what harm if any!. This is the reason that pregnant women are encouraged to limit caffeine intake!. The faster your cells are growing the more acute the effect would likely be - meaning babies not good, children not as bad but not desirable, adults probably ok in moderation - however in theory they could help mutate cancers already growing in your body!.
