Would Drinking Aloe Vera Juice Improve My Skin?!

Question: Would Drinking Aloe Vera Juice Improve My Skin!?
I have a few spots - not a lot - but I always have some on my face and on my body!. Would drinking aloe vera juice everyday or every other day improve my skin!?
Or would using an aloe vera gel/cream work better for me!?
And where would be a good shop or site to buy it from at a good price!?
Thanks in advance!Www@FoodAQ@Com

There are vitamins and minerals in aloe vera that might help the appearance of your skin!. I stress the word "might!." That's because these minerals are present in very small quantities, and won't be of much help!.

If you have a green thumb, you can do what my mother and I do- buy an actual aloe vera plant (it looks like wide, fat blades of grass with tiny, dull spikes on the edges) and take care of it!. Water it every so often (not every day- every few days!. Whoever you buy it from should have some tips)!. You can find it at most nurseries or at the florist!. Every morning or evening (or whenever you burn yourself- aloe vera works wonders on small burns), cut off a small segment and rub it all over your skin, wherever you want improvement!. You don't need much more than 1 centimeter, probably less!. The plant will keep growing and healing itself so long as it's alive!.

If you're no good at the gardening thing, then you can buy creams and gels with aloe vera extract!. Really, you can also cut open vitamin E supplements and rub them on yourself and you'll get the same effect!. Don't think about buying an aloe vera drink and pouring it on yourself, since there are a lot of additives in that and you'll destroy your skin!. You can buy aloe vera creams and gels at almost any supermarket or chain store, like Target, under the skin care section!. The link below is to a product that I've never tried but sounds good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No!. There are much better things to use!.

Aloe vera is toxic!. You should not ingest it!. Use it on you skin if you must, but please don't drink the stuff!. Tea tree oil may be a better alternative if you want to ignore modern medicines!.

Hi!. Ive never heard of anyone drinking Aloe vera juice,or for skin, so I really wouldn't think you should!. Maybe it was cranberry juice you were thinking of!? Ive heard some people drink it to try help their skin, not sure how effective it really is for spots be but it won't do you any harm anyway!. Im presuming your a girl, and i don't know what age you are but - IF your over 16 or 17 and your skin is quite bad, the best thing for it is really going on the Pill (or if your over 18, maybe depending where your from I really can't remeber what way the law works for what age you can start going on it etc)!. The best thing to do would be to ask your parent,if your old enough!. And then your doctor can advise you on what one & if you should start!. Or theres tablets calledd Minocen SA which arent the pill and you can get from about 15/16 too, i don't think they work quite as well as the pill but are good!. If your younger, theres a solution you can get on prescripton from your doctor, esp for spots on your body or if they're sore - its called Zineryt, and its a liquid solution you just rub over your skin!. It really works, quite strong though!. I really don't think Aloe vera cream of any type will clear up spots, you can just use an aloe cleanser to clean your skin!. If you don't want any tablets or anything prescription , the normal Clearasil cream for spots that you apply onto your skin can help clear light ones pretty well!. You'd never guess Id ever bad skin, hey! But it really cleared!. and believe me , ive tried everything! Www@FoodAQ@Com
