Does anyone remember 7UP Gold and Crystal Pepsi?!
I could swear that when I was a kid Pepsi Co!. came out with 7UP Gold and Crystal Pepsi (it was clear) but everyone I have asked has not known what the heck I was talking about!. I am thinking this stuff came out in the 80's!. Does anyone else remember this stuff, or am I seriously imaginatively creative (ha ha)!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't remember the 7UP Gold, but I definitely remember the Crystal Pepsi!! I was in 8th grade when it came out, which would be 1992-93!. It had a bizarre taste to it--it was almost, but not quite, like regular Pepsi!.
You can still find the commercial on YouTube--it used the Van Halen song "Right Now", and was based on their video:

Yes they had both, Pepsi also had a flavor called Pepsi light that was out in the 70's, it was regular Pepsi with a lemon!. Pepsi would not have came up with the 7up gold though, that would have been 7up that did that, 7up is an independently owned brand that sells bottling rights!. A contract bottler cannot invent new flavors!. In the area where I live 7up is bottled by Royal Crown cola(RC)Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes, I do not think it lasted long for it did not go over well!. They still offered the reg way to see in marketing!. To many additives were used!.
