Answers:
Grate some orange zest, nutmeg, add in cinamon, ginger and allspice to your taste!.

I usually keep all of those ingredients for my nighttime chai, but when the weather starts to get cold I make lots of mulled cider!.

Williams Sonoma makes a wonderful mix called "mulling spices" just add a teaspoon of it, warm it, and enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can heat it on top of the stove & then put it in a crock pot to keep it nice & warm to serve!.

There are plenty of recipes for adding various "mulling" spices!. The easiest is to plop in a cinnamon stick!. You can also share on on some cinnamon!.

More complex is to wrap some cloves, bits of cinnamon bark, or other spices in some cheese cloth and let the cider simmer on the stove!.

Do a search for "mulled cider" to get some ideas!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
