coffee has the most caffeine!. but if you must know what's really gonna get you goin is a real latte from starbucks!. You can get many flavors and the more espresso shots you get the more caffeine!. One espresso shot is one oz and it is equivalent to a large cup of coffee!.!.!. so it's actually better and easier to drink a shot of espresso from a coffee bar!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

there is a table about halfway down the page on the right!. Your best bet is coffee made in a drip coffee pot (the regular kind)!. Coffee has more than almost anything else for the same amount of liquid, more than energy drinks, mt!. dew, or tea!.
So check out the link, and go for the plain old coffee!.!.!.unless you can afford espresso, which is a bit pricier!.

My son has adhd, and his pediatrician told me that tea has about 12% more caffeine than coffee and soft drinks and to keep him away from all of it, and the dyes in mountain dew and mello yellow!. So, my sources, which happen to be doctors and much more educated than a coffee server at Starbucks, are much more reliable!. Coffee!. Out of traditional soft-drinks: Mountain Dew!. If you really need lots of caffeine try energy drinks, that's what I do!. They come in tons of different flavors, including coffee varieties!. I love Java Monster!. They're expensive, though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
