Sam's Choice Clear American Water, safe?!
I've been drinking these like crazy for the last 7 months or so!. Ever since I found them I have been in love!. It says there are no calories, sugars, nothing!. It's just naturally flavored water!. Well are they really all good!? I find it hard to believe that it is really all good and tastes great!. I read that it contains aspartame and that that is dangerous!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

They ARE artificially sweetened and contain asparatame!. And, yes, that has been proven to sometimes cause cancer!.!.!.!.!. You should limit those, just as you would limit sodas!. Why not drink regular water, with a splash of fresh lemon or lime juice!? Or add a little apple or orange juice to water!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
