Answers:
Ginsing is very good to consume!. It has been used as an herbal supplement for hundreds of years!. It has always been known for its medicinal uses from treating ED in diabetes patients to increasing the body's resistance to stress!.

Taurine is something usually found in the intestines of animals or humans!. It is possible to synthesize taurine so that it is not extracted from animals!. It isn't bad to consume!. It has actually been shown to do things like lower blood sugar in diabetics and prevent seizures!.

Maltodextrin is a binding agent used in food and pills!. It's water soluble, so you don't have to worry about it!. Your body will pass any that it does not use!.

Aspartame is the thing you should look out for!. In addition to causing cancer in tests on rats who consumed large amounts of it, I know someone who had their stomach stapled and during the process had a bunch of rocks removed from his stomach that turned out to be aspartame!. They had solidified and just stayed in his stomach!. Many people have consumed aspartame on a regular basis with no known side effects, but I would just rather not risk it!.

Niacinamide is a water soluble B vitamin!. Again, since it's water soluble the body will pass any that is not used!. B vitamins are essential!.

Riboflavin is also a B vitamin!. It's an essential vitamin!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Tejas' answer was adequate but more must be stated about Taurine than what she said!.

Yes it is found in intestine but it is not primarily there!.

Taurine is an organic acid that makes up the building blocks of ALL amino acids!. It is found in the heart, skeletal muscles, nervous system, and bile where it is needed to digest and process oils and fat soluble nutrients!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
