If U work out everyday drink a cup of milk everyday would it give you alote of muscles!.or it depends on how much u drink milk

actually milk helps with bone density/building calcium not building muscles per say!. Drinking milk makes your bones strong and supplies vitamin D!. Protien (lean meats chicken, eggs etc) and exercise helps build muscles:o) Strength training and eatting properly are great for building muscle!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
