Why does Jello have a smell when you add the powder in the water, but when it "gels" the smell is gone?!


Question: Why does Jello have a smell when you add the powder in the water, but when it "gels" the smell is gone!?

well when you put it in the powder the sent is very strong because it is just the powder alone not any fluids added!.!.!. when you add it into the water its like koolaid!.!.!.!.but when you but it in to make a solid it still has the sent but yet very faint due to the fluids combined into the powderWww@FoodAQ@Com
