oooooh i love chocolate aswell join the club!!! I used to eat like 3 bars a day aswell and I slowly realised that I was also gettin moody if I didn't have any so I started to cut down how much I ate, so from 3 bars to 2 bars and then I cut down from 2 bars to 1 bar, and from one bar I started eating smaller sized chocolates like a small kitkat and now I don't even need chocolates to feel good anymore yay!!!! (But I still love them) oh and i sometimes replace chocolate with icecream!.
hope I helped

everyones addicted to choclate!.!.but not this badly!.The best thing to do is reduce the amount of chocolate every fday until your left eating an amout that you see fit!.I would recommend reducing it by a very small amount such as a square a day, then after a couple of weeks you will onl be on one bar!.If you are healthy and exercise reguarly there is no need to cut down as you obviously enjoy it!.Another technique is to get addicted to sometrhing else like chewing gum(prefferably not alchol or cigarretes!.Good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com

You need to gradually stop!.
Day 1:
Eat 3 bars
Day 2:
eat 2 and maybe half of one depending on how you feel
D3:
1 (maybe a bit of the 2nd but loads)
Gradually stop!!!!

Or you just go cold turkey and sit there!.

Or make yourself think that you've had a bar when actually you haven't!?!?!?

:D I eat a lot of chocolate and i'm not fat so don't worry!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Along with the sugar rush that you are getting from the chocolate, there is also caffeine in chocolate!. I would try switching over to coffee, and a granola bar!.

This will stop you from eating chocolate, then you can switch to decaf and this should stop your addiction to caffeineWww@FoodAQ@Com

Sorry, but the more sugar you eat the more your body craves!. In order to really make a change!.!.!.!.you have to detox your body of sugar!.!.!.!.which means going without it for some time!. If you can't be that tough about it, then at least cut back!.!.!.!.!.not to mention, chocolate puts ton of weight on you!.
