Did you apply directly to a store advertising vacancies!? Or did you just send them your application form!? If you applied directly to a store with vacancies then you're a lot more likely to be hired!.

Basically, if they like the look of you from you application form (and if you filled it out correctly- people who mess up their app forms aren't considered at all) then they'll contact you in about 1-2 weeks after receiving your application!. Any longer than that and you probably aren't being considered!.

Once they contact you, they'll ask you to come in for an interview!. Here they'll ask you questions like 'Why do you want to work for Starbucks!? What do you know about the company!?' etc!. as well as questions like: 'What would you do in an emergency!?' and 'How would you deal with a dissatisfied customer'!. Be as enthusiastic about Starbucks and its product and big yourself up as much as possible and you should do fine!.

After the interview, they'll ring you in about five days to tell you whether or not they want you to come in and do a trial shift, to see how well you work and fit in with the rest of the team!. Note- if you get this far then you probably have the job! They hardly ever reject people at this stage, unless you're truly awful!.

In terms of hours, you can work as little as 8 hours a week and as many as 40!. You'll be contracted to work a certain number, but it can vary per week!. I'm only contracted to work 8, but I usually work around 10 and this week I'm working 14!. You will get paid for every hour you work!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

they pretty much make a couple new starbucks a day, its kinda in the middle depending on how many people want the same jobWww@FoodAQ@Com
