Answers:
Coffee has lots of caffeine, a stimulant, which explains why you feel withdrawals when you cut back drastically or stop altogether!. If you want to cut down on coffee, try cutting it by either lessening the amount your drink (down from 5 cups from 6 cups, for example), do it gradually!. Or you can mix your coffee with some decaf , a little at a time and gradually increase the mix to half and half (that's like cutting your caffeine in half)!. Anything in excess is bad for you, no matter how "healthy" it is!. If you're drinking coffee and excluding milk, for example, then coffee is bad because you're exluding what your body normally will get from millk!. Try to a balance diet, and you can indulge in your coffee!.

If you want to stop or cut back, gradually wean yourself away from the coffee by cutting back a little more each week!. Say you drink 5 cups a day, cut back and only drink 4 for a little while!. Or 4 and a half!. Keep cutting back until you get to the amount you want to be drinking!. I don't think coffee is really bad for you, but I do know that it can cause your teeth to become yellow and maybe even start to decay! Yuck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you are women it good coffee helps you to prevent from breast cancerWww@FoodAQ@Com
