Answers:
Off gassing is the wrong term!. All volatile constituents would have been vaporised out during manufacturer!.

The initial water contained therein will have extracted out minuscule amounts of slightly soluble bottle constituents!. This does not remove all of the constituents or the bottle integrity would have been compromised, so added water fillings would also take out some added minuscule amounts!. This does not mean that the first or second or third or ninety third filling is better or worse or harmful!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
