Can half-and-half be used instead of evaporated milk?!
I'm trying to make a pumpkin pie and the recipe calls for a can of evaporated milk!. Well, my sweetheart of a husband thought of half-and-half and picked that up instead!. I was wondering if I could still use it or if I need to get the evaporated milk!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
