Answers:
Two things to try before asking your doctor!.

Normally caffeine is a good stimulant but there is also a hydration issue and perhaps more than can kill your energy levels!.

Caffeine takes more water to process than drinks with caffeine can provide!. So extra water is taken from our bodies to process it which dehydrates us!. When we are dehydrated we become tired and lethargic!. If we were already dehydrated before having a drink with caffeine then it is that much worse!.

The amount of hydration and cafffeine all play a roll in this!. The simplest thing is to drink extra water with a caffeine drink to offset this!. Plus since water is a natural energizer it will be even better!. Normally at least one extra glass of water should be consumed for lower end caffeine content amounts!. Green Tea, Cocoa, and most sodas fall into that category!. Mt!. Dew and regular tea are in the middle!. You may need 1 or 2 to offset caffeine with those!. With higher end caffeine content amounts like energy drinks and coffee you will need 2 glasses to offset the caffeine!. Energy shots and expressos and so forth may need 3 or 4 glasses of water to offset the caffeine!.

also caffeine depletes us of B vitamins which are essential for energy!. This is why energy drinks add them!. However most regular energy drinks only put in just enough to replace what is lost or not much more to make a difference in energy levels!. Depending on how much caffeine you normally take and how many B vitamins you normally take this can also be an issue!. If you drink caffeine regularly then you should seriously consider adding a good quality multi B Vitamin Complex to your diet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have never heard of it!. If you don't fall asleep while you are drinking them, I would be glad!. Nothing is worse, than drinking them and staying awake all night!. Good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com

Maybe!. Ask your doctor!. NOTWww@FoodAQ@Com
