You shouldn't drink quantities like that all the time!. The acetic acid (key acid in vinegar, besides citric & tartaric) is diluted but because the ph of vinegar still makes it one, it can irritate the esophagus and your digestive tract!. It's not dangerous to consume the way you did that one time, but don't make it a constant!. The acetic acid could also ruin your teeth, wearing down the enamel!. The only way you could get sick is if you have acid reflux or you happen to eat a huge amount of baking soda after drinking the vinegar!Www@FoodAQ@Com

if u dont feel sick then i guess it isn't!. regular vinegar WILL give u a tummy ache, idk if u will be sick from it!. i don't think so!. i think it would probably feel like when u eat alot of hot cheetos then your stomach kind of burns!.!.!.!.maybe it'll feel like that but i have no idea!.

Vinegar is actually Hydrochloric acid!. Unless it's really distilled and watered down it might hurt!. I'd say it's best to just leave it alone!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it is fine but you may get a upset stomach from it!. Some people claim that drinking vinegar has health benefitsWww@FoodAQ@Com

You'll be okay just lay down and watch some T!.V!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
