Is it unhealthy to drink a can of coke everyday?!

Question: Is it unhealthy to drink a can of coke everyday!?
Answers:
Yes it is!.

Coke (and other colas) contain Phosphoric acid!. This attacks the calcium in your bones!.

Diet versions contain aspartame - don't go there!Www@FoodAQ@Com

It totally depends on your lifestyle and genetics!. If you walk regularly, have a pretty balanced diet, and you aren't "over weight" for you height, then a can of coke will not hurt you!. If you have a history of diabetes in your family and you aren't as active as you could be then you would feel a lot better physically by releasing your vice on the sugary beverage!. You wont be as happy because it usually triggers a pleasure sensation in the brain!.

To sum it up, you could be doing a lot worse than a coke a day!. One medium fry from McDonald's a day is enough to increase your chance of a heart attack by as much as 28%(1)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If it is, then I am incredibly unhealthy!. I drink multiple cans of soda a day!. (although it's not usually coke)
