its because the gas in the bottle fills up all the space and needs to get out of the bottle, so when you open it, the carbon & gas are getting out!. and the bubbles you see in the air, float up to your sealing, and make it dirty!Www@FoodAQ@Com

you notice those bubbles floating to the top!? that's the carbonation filling the air in the bottle and when you open it is hisses!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Because the pressure builds up and decompreeses once the lid is openedWww@FoodAQ@Com
