Is hot milk more fatty?!
I have a doubt that hot milk is having more fat than cold milk!.Please any one make it clear!.also tell me that is it too fatty to have milk without boiling or is it the same as boiled!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

A glass of milk hot contains the exact same amount of fat as a glass of cold milk--you haven't added anything to it just by heating it up!. However, when you heat anything, some of the water content will evaporate!. It is possible that his might make the milk seem "fattier", but that's only because you have reduced its overall volume by reducing the amount of water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
