Answers:
Calorie wise a can of Coke has 200 calories in it, a regular bottle of vitamin water has 250 calories, that's just the regular size!.
It's all sugar and corn syrup, putting vitamins in it doesn't make it any less fattening, just more marketable!.
Just read labels for everything!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I wouldn't say it's the absolute worst, but it's definitely not as good for you as you'd think!. The name 'Vitamin Water' leads you to believe it's healthy, but it actually has as much sugar as soda, which is pretty bad!. You're better off with something like Propel, G2, or Powerade Option, because those have a very small amount of sugar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i don't think it is as bad as a monster or red bull but if you look under the serving size it is like half the bottle!.

so of course if you drink more than you're supposed to it will not be as good as you want it to be!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

its possible, but i can think of some worse things to drink, cat piss, for example, gasoline, perhaps some rubbing alcohol Www@FoodAQ@Com

Its not good to drink, cause of the sugar and stuff, but I dont think its as bad as soda!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I highly doubt it's as bad as SODA!.!.!.and it tastes sooo goood!.!.!.

Besides, how can you say no to the cute dancing lizards!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

no its healthy!. people just try to find the worst in everythingWww@FoodAQ@Com

Not sure!. Why not do a search if your interested in this subject!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it's the same as a gatoradeWww@FoodAQ@Com
