It really depends on the grade!.
Some people prefer premium, others, such as yourself I presume!?, enjoy the taste of Diesel!. I would say as long as you're giving yourself routine check-ups and checking to keep a consistent mpg, I'd say you should be fine!.
As for the lung cancer and black outs, don't worry about it!. Some nasty side effects come with every good thing!. Just keep drinking and in a few months (or even weeks), you should be just fine!.
