Good drink/smoothie recipes to make in blender ?!
Love to hear your favourite drink or smoothie recipes that you make in your blender, so I can try them out because I only know how to make a milkshake and a strawberry smoothie in my blender!. Would like to hear other good ideas ! non alcoholic please (:Www@FoodAQ@Com

This banana blackberry is my favorite, try it out:
1 medium banana, peeled
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup ice cubes
Of course if you're in to "healty smoothies", here's another good one:
1/2 cup Grape Nuts cereal
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (low-fat)
1 cup ice
1 banana
2 cups juice (orange, apple or whatever you like!. I wouldn’t mind trying pineapple in this)
That last one is great for breakfast replacement, too!.

Use any combination of frozen fruits, add real fruit juice and blend together to get a slush!.
I make protein shakes and I choose to use a frozen fruit blend that consists of strawberries, peaches, blueberries and pineapple!. The juice that I use is pineapple, orange, banana (Dole makes this one) sometimes I add a fresh banana if I feel I need the potassium!. For measurements add about one cup of fruit, one to one and a half cups of juice, more if you use the banana and mix in a blender, just like a frosty but better! enough for one large or two med drinks
Here's a great punch recipe, not done in the blender yet a hit at any party I've had!
For a larger batch of drinks here's a great punch
one litter of both pineapple, orange juice, add about one-two cups of cranberry juice!. Add one 2 liter of gingerale, add ice and fruit!. I slice up oranges and lemons or you can use frozen fruit in this as well (almost any combination of fruit works here) the frozen fruit keeps the punch cool without watering it down!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
