Question: I heard that diet soda is worse for you than regular soda!?
Someone told me that all the stuff they put in the diet to keep it diet is worse than regular soda, any truth to this!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes! not only can it cause cancer, but it can cause symptoms of MS!. My friends mom drank it all the time, and she had really bad MS then she stopped drinking it and her symptoms stopped!. chemicals are bad for you, and there are lots of chemicals in diet pop!. dont drink it!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes! Diet soda messes with all of your levels in your body, making you intake more food, although you are drinking a diet soda!.
All in all, soda isn't good for you period!. It is the worst possible thing that you can put in your body!. That is why I have decided to stop drinking soda!. Trust me, juice and milk is much better than soda!. It just knocks years off of your life!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Both diet and regular soda is bad!. Diet soda has aspartame, that causes a lot of health problems!. Regular soda, sugar overload makes you gain weight, rots your teeth!. Don't drink soda and if you need a slight caffeine boost, go with a hot cup of green tea!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
