Do energy drinks make your face puffy?!

Question: Do energy drinks make your face puffy!?
I've noticed that after a night of cramming, my face puffs up a little from the energy drinks!. Is it the sodium content or the unnaturally high levels of vitamins and whatnot's!?

I stay up late often so I know it's not lack of sleep that's causing it!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Sugar can make a face puffy, so unless you're drinking diet versions, that could be a big factor!.

I'm pretty sure the sodium content of most energy drinks is about the same as other sodas -- it mostly comes from the sodium in whatever water supply the water is from!. Some varieties might have sodium added, though, so that's certainly something to consider!.

The diuretic effect of B vitamins and caffeine probably keeps the puffiness from being worse than it could be -- unless you're getting dehydrated and paradoxically retaining water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would say it's staying up late, just because you do it often doesn't mean your body can tolerate it for that long!. BUT if you're that confident it's not sleep deprivation, then!.!.!.

!.!.!.it's most likely the high sugar content!. Drink some diet, eh!?
