Different between distilled water and mineral water?!

I prefer distilled water because it's purified and, well who doesn't like pure tasting water, eh!? As for mineral water, I prefer it to regular water as it has added minerals most usually, but on regards to taste I can tell almost no difference!. Health wise I would recommend mineral water, though, because the added minerals are undoubtedly better for you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Mineral water can be natural or man made!. If natural it comes from a source that has high mineral content!. Usually it should also be filtered to remove any contaminates in it!. If it is man made it is just filtered or purified tap water that has beneficial minerals added to it!.
Distilled water should be pure water!. Water is boiled and all of the steam is collected and condensed back into water!. Normally for pure water this process must be done twice!. It removes all contaminates not just minerals as some others suggest here!.
