I'm more of a simple cream-and-sugar coffee drinker, but I think you did hit the nail on the head -- quality ingredients are the key!.
Fresh-brewed coffee using filtered water, as opposed to freeze-dried instant crap; fresh milk or cream, not that artificial "creamer" made from corn syrup solids!.

mmMMmm I do I do!. I actually make one for my boss and myself 3 times a week!. Of course I have lots of foam experience, working at Starbucks for 8 yrs!. Except I like to call it sexy foam!.

Hm!.!.!.I don't really have a secret!. I suppose mine are quite ordinary!. But this site looks good!.!.maybe it will help you in your quest for good java!. I live in the Pac!. NW and we take coffee quite seriously here!.!.!.you'd think I would know this!.
