i'm a barista
and yes the iced caramel macchiato is only 1gram of fat, but when it's cold there are still plenty of options available to you!.

you can ask for a peppermint mocha with non-fat(skim) milk and no whip, also ask for 1/2 sweet, which reduces the amount of syrups, which can reduce the calores!.

If you were looking for something with caffiene and low in fat!. I would try a Chai latte(it's spicy + it stills have some caffiene), get it made with non-fat milk !. Plus, it's tea so it's healthy for you!.

A drink with no fat is a misto(either a coffee or tea misto)!.!. ex: the tea misto is a tea bag with steamed milk, and a coffee misto is coffee with a bit of steamed milk!. If I were you I would try "An Earl Grey Vanilla Tea Misto" also known as a london fog at some coffee shops!.

There are so many customizable options with regards to drinks at Starbucks, good luck with finding your perfect drink :)

Of course you can order low fat drinks at Starbucks!. All you have to do is ask them to use low-fat milk!. It's no big deal, I've never ordered anything from there that isn't low-fat!. Hope this helped :]Www@FoodAQ@Com

"The Skinny Latte" is a good one!. Tastes good and is very low in sugars and fat!. I believe its like 90 calories!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ice Tea is really good at Starbucks, but if you want it sweet you have to put like 5 sugar packets in!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
