Is it okay to drink soda that's been left out?!

Question: Is it okay to drink soda that's been left out!?
Is it okay to drink soda that's been unrefrigerated for several days, if it was opened, but then completely re-sealed!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
It will be fine to drink!. It does not require refrigeration to be safe for consumption!. It may go flat quicker by not being refrigerated but that should be it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Technically its mostly sugar so it wouldn't have gone bad in the short amount of time!. Since its soda it probably would have gone flat, and warm also, which may not taste very well!. Unless you're one of those people who likes flat cola!.
It may not be a very good idea if you put your mouth to the bottle (ie!. sipped from the bottle, not a glass) then the bacteria from your mouth would have had a little party in there but you should be fine if you just poured it!.
Good luck :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

The combination of sugar and acid make it unlikely that anything bad would happen!. Bacteria does not do well in sugar at all!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sure I do it all the time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
