Answers:
don't!. because you're hot, just get some stupid boy to make one for you for free, thinking he'll get something out of it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put some ice into a blender about halfway!. Add milk or cream, more or less depending on the texture you want, more for creamy, less for rough!. Put whatever fruits you want in there for flavoring, and add about half a cup of sugar or so, also depending on how you want it flavored!. If you want, you could completely substitute the milk for ice cream!. Mess around a little until you find a flavor you like!.

It should blend up nicely into a pretty little smoothie!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

here's one of my favorite smoothie delights!!!

The Raspberry Chocolate Smoothie!!!

you'll need:

* 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
* 1 ripe banana
* 2 tbs!. chocolate pudding powder
* 1 cup cream soda
* 1 cup milk
* 2 1/2 cups crushed ice

okay!.!.!.!. all you need to do is throw all your ingredients into the blender and blend for about 1-1:30 min!. and walah!!!! yum, yum, yummy!!! LOL!! ;p ENJOY!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

just put all the fruits together with ice, ice cream, and milk and sugar(optional) and blend it together Www@FoodAQ@Com

NOT ice cream, for that is not a smoothie, that is a shake!.

Make sure you have enough milk in it to make is smoothWww@FoodAQ@Com
