Red Bull - how bad for you is 1 per day? And what is the caffeine content?!

Question: Red Bull - how bad for you is 1 per day!? And what is the caffeine content!?
1 per day over the last 2 weeks to be more specificWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
A single serving of Red Bull has 80mg of caffeine in it!. This is well below the maximum safe level of caffeine intake per day of 300mg!. To compare coffee starts at 85mg, regular tea has 50mg, green tea has 30mg, and Pepsi and Coke have about 25mg per serving!.

1 per day is absolutely fine!. Even with the 27g of sugar and 110 calories it won't harm you to have one a day!. This is equal to or even less than many sodas out there!. It's not over the top as many suggest!.

Red Bull recommends having only 1 to 2 a day max!. The 2nd largest selling energy drink, which is the first healthy energy drink, XS Energy, makes the same recommendation!. This is because of all of the total combined stimulants in them not just because of caffeine!.

People talk about hart issues or even only if you have existing heart issues, known or unknown!. However a single energy drink usually won't trigger something like that as it won't raise the heart rate any more than moderate exercise will!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

complications-->liver ,bladder!.!.!. heart!.!.!.!. ==too much energy drink

just like cigarette but more harmfulWww@FoodAQ@Com

? An 8!.3 ounce can of Red Bull contains 80 milligrams of caffeine!.

As long as you don't have any health issues, especially heart problems, one a day should be fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
