5 Hour Energy question?!

Question: 5 Hour Energy question!?
I am 15!. I had a 5 hour energy at 1:30 for a math test!. It is 8:00pm now, and I have hockey starting at 9:30!. When I took the drink, it worked tremendously!. It was the red, caffeinated one!. Now I am feeling tired for my hockey game!. I have a decaf one, is it alright to take it!? (I will be going into bed at about 12am!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Dude your 15!. Why energy drinks!? If you play hockey then you should be fit!. Yo do not need energy drinks!. Your body produces enegy!. There is a waste called lactic waste which is eventually gotten rid of and then converts to energy you don't need any more energy than that!. Just get a good night sleep!. Your body is focusing on breaking down all that sugar to gluclose that's why you feel tired after!. It comes like you got energy for 5 hours and then it's gone!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I agree with Fotomama!. Plus, when you take caffeine, you're not making your body not need sleep!. Your body still needs sleep, you're just delaying it!. Go to bed early, and get up early!. That is the best practice!. Especially at 15 years old, you shouldn't be drinking energy drinks, even if they're de-caf!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It will not work as well as actually getting rest!. For a kid your age, that amount of caffeine can be very harmful!. Caffeine can cause irregular heart rhythms, as well as a host of other cardiac problems!. Sleep when you need to sleep!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think it will be a little okay to it, but I would take any more than that!. You'll basically be hurting yourself if you take more!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
