Answers:
Well, any tea with caffeine is out!. Caffeine constricts blood vessels in the head!. Try a caffiene-free herbal peppermint tea!. The natural menthol in the peppermint will help clear your sinuses if sinus pressure is causing your headache!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you can find a blend with Feverfew, Peppermint and Skullcap at the least, that is a good headache remedy!. I have had migraines for years and I take a capsule supplement with those ingredients!. It has helped quite a bit!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I do not know of a specific type of tea used to soothe a headache!. However, if I had to guess, I would say decaffeinated tea is probably better!. I would think caffeine can make a headache worse!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
