Answers:
If you re heat it you are going to end up with scalded milk that is non delicious!. Rule of thumb, you have about week after the expiration date (if you kept your milk really cold)!.!.!.after that just go get some new milk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I suppose if you heated it enough you could kill the bacteria in it!. The trouble is that if the milk has spoiled, it'll still taste awful!. And also your milk will be kindof cooked, as the first poster points out!. The pasteurizaion process involves flash heating of the milk followed by quickly cooling it again, so it's not hot very long!. That way, they kill most of the bacteria, but the milk doesn't get cooked!. You just don't have the right machine to do that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, you can use it a day or so after the expiration date as long as it doesnt smell bad you will be ok!. You cant re-pasteurize it though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You cant re-pasteurize it

Have a Good Day !! DonWww@FoodAQ@Com
