I just got an Espresso/coffee maker?!
and it doesn't make the expresso foam up like and it should!. What should I do!!?!!?!!?!

i assume you mean the crema on the espresso, as opposed to 'it doesn't foam the milk'!.
if so the machine may be OK, but you are probably using stale, pre-ground coffee
get down to your local gourmet coffee roaster & get them to grind you some freshly roasted beans
it really is criminal not to have your own grinder if you have an espresso machine - the quality of the grinder is more important than the espresso machine
